Preparation

  1. There shall only be 2 exam periods on the scheduled dates: 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
  2. Please be at the examination room an hour or even earlier before the schedule. Failure to appear on the scheduled date and time for whatever valid or invalid reason/s can never be given another SLOT.

Requirements upon entry to the testing center/venue:

  1. Ball pen
  2. Pencil and sharpener
  3. Valid ID (Government-Issued ID, High School ID, Company ID)
  4. Printed copy of USMCEE Entrance Examination Slip (This slip can be generated after you have successfully registered for your USMCEE slot reservation).

Important reminders:

  1. Strictly no borrowing of personal belongings.
  2. Bring snacks and water tumbler (USM observes the no single plastic policy)

Please be guided accordingly.

NOTE: USMCEE is free of charge for first takers such as incoming freshmen and transferees.
Second coursers will be charged Php 250.

CAREFULLY READ AND REREAD THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS RELATED TO USMCEE 2024 SLOT RESERVATION/REGISTRATION.

  1. Visit cee.usm.edu.ph via Google Chrome. Tick “Verify you are human” to access the web application.
  2. Click the “Click here to create an account” link and tick the “I Agree” checkbox button. Click the Confirm button.
  3. Click the “Click here to create an account” link to create a profile. Enter your first name, middle name, birth date, phone number, email address, Learner’s Reference Number (LRN), priority program, and program group. Please DO NOT LEAVE any black unfilled.
  4. Review the details you entered. If all are correct, click the SUBMIT button. However, if there are entries that you want to change, click the CHANGE button before clicking the SUBMIT button.
  5. A notification window will appear confirming that you have successfully pre-registered. Your username and password will also be displayed. Please take note or have a screenshot of this for future use. Click the OK button to close the notification window.
  6. Click “Please Click to Continue your Registration” or visit directly this link https://cee.usm.edu.ph. Sign in using given username and password and UPLOAD your recent 2×2 photo.
  7. Select your preferred location and schedule. Click the FINISH button.
  8. After registration, your application and profile information will be displayed. Click the “DOWNLOAD EXAMINATION SLIP“.

When to take the USMCEE?

Schedule:

  • For S.Y. 2024 – 2025 (March 16 – 17, 2024)
  • For S.Y. 2025 – 2026 (To be announced)

NOTE: 
Examinees are advised to be at the test centers an hour before the examination starts.

  • Morning session – 9:30 AM
  • Afternoon session – 2:00 PM

How?

Step 1. Preparation

* Prepare your recent 2×2 ID photo
– Only a JPG file is acceptable. Other image formats are not allowed.
– 300 pixels b y 300 pixels, not to exceed 2MB file, in plain white background, must have no shadows.
– Must not be taken more than six (6) months before uploading.
– The applicant must wear decent attire with a collar, ears uncovered, and no eyeglasses.

**Your photo is intended for your USM ID once you pass the entrance exam and decide to enroll at USM.

Step 2. Filling out of Application Form

REGISTER ONLINE, please visit: cee.usm.edu.ph.

Step 3. Taking the Exam

* Proceed to the venue during your scheduled USMCEE.
* Present your printed Entrance Exam Slip (This slip can be generated after you have successfully registered for your USMCEE).

Notes

On the scheduled date, present all the requirements to the guard at the gate of the testing campus. Go direct to the venue at least an hour before the examination period.

Examinees are advised to have their meals before going to the testing area (breakfast for first session; lunch for second session).

Please take note that NO USMCEE TAKERS shall be accommodated without prior ONLINE REGISTRATION.
