USM SERDAC Trains Research Personnel in Data Management with DICT The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) Satellite for Socio-Economic Research and Data Analytics Center (SERDAC), in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Kabacan, conducted a two-day Training-Workshop on Data Management on October 29–30, 2026, at the USM Skyroom in Kabacan, Cotabato. The workshop gathered Administrative Aides and University Research Associates from various USM research centers for practical sessions on Google Workspace, productivity tools, and desktop and file management. The sessions covered ways to organize records, manage digital files, improve daily workflows, and use shared tools for administrative and research-related tasks. Kairn Ellis C. De Guzman, Project Development Officer I, served as resource person and facilitated the training. USM Satellite SERDAC Head Dr. Romiel John P. Basan expressed his appreciation to DICT Kabacan and De Guzman for conducting the workshop. He also recognized the participants’ involvement in the two-day activity.
