USM Produces New Nurses

The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) through the Admission and Records Office (ARO) and the University Information and Communication Technology Office (UICTO) convened the fifty-eight (58) admission officers of the colleges and external campuses on May 16, 2025, at the Graduate School Hall, USM, Kabacan Cotabato.
In preparation for the upcoming enrollment period for the Academic Year 2025- 2026, the orientation aims to equip the admission officers with necessary information and updates to effectively carry out their responsibilities.
Dr. Nelia O. Du, the ARO Director, said in an interview, that the regular students from all programs will be automatically enrolled once their Student Academic Registration (SAR) is completed. The admission officers of the colleges are responsible for the enrollment of the irregular students to organize their course schedules.
Personnel from the Accounting Office and the Department of Instruction also attended the orientation. These offices play roles in the enrollment process, including student assessment, billing, and tagging of fees.
The USM students are advised to wait for the official announcement of enrollment and start of classes to be posted in the following days. USM is set to open its enrollment for summer classes on June 3-6, 2025.
