SOXAARRDEC Launches Project FEEDS at Pacao, Alamada, Cotabato

The SOCCSKSARGEN Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium (SOXAARRDEC) held the 2nd Quarter Clusters on June 30, 2026, at the Conference Hall, Sultan Kudarat State University-ACCESS Campus, Tacurong City.
The meeting was led by Dr. Julius Jerome G. Ele, Consortium Director, Dr. Mark Al-Jamie J. Muttulani, Deputy Consortium Director, Dr. Gina D. Balleras, Regional Technology Transfer Cluster Coordinator, Dr. Lawrence Anthony U. Dollente, Regional Science Communication Cluster Coordinator, and Prof. Eugene G. Ranjo, Regional Information Communication Technology Cluster Coordinator.
The Sultan Kudarat State University warmly welcomed the participants through Dr. Samson L. Molao, University President, represented by Dr. Reynaldo H. Dalayap, Jr., Vice President for Finance, Administration, and Resource Generation. Consortium Member Institutions present were Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology, Mindanao State University-General Santos, Sultan Kudarat State University, University of Southern Mindanao, South Cotabato State College, Department of Science and Technology XII, Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office XII, Department of Agriculture- Agricultural Training Institute XII, DA- Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources XII, DA-Philippine Carabao Center at USM, DA-Philippine Rubber Research Institute, DA-PhilRice-Midsayap Experimental Station, and DA- National Dairy Authority Southern Mindanao Department.
