Newly licensed Civil Engineers of the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) visited the Office of the President, on April 23, 2026, following their recent success in the licensure examination.
The university president warmly received the new professionals at the Office of the President in USM, Kabacan, Cotabato. Dr. Jonald L. Pimentel described their achievement as both a personal achievement and a meaningful contribution to the university’s growing reputation, and commended them for their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence.
He also added that their success reflects the quality of education the university provides, especially in engineering. The new engineers were also encouraged to uphold high standards and use their knowledge and skills to serve their communities and the nation.
For their part, the newly licensed Civil Engineers expressed sincere gratitude to the university, their mentors, and their families for the support they received throughout their journey.
