The Planning and Development Office (PDO) of the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) welcomed the delegates from Upi Agricultural School for a benchmarking activity on May 06, 2025.

The discussion focused on the Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) of USM. The initiative aims to gather insights and strategies that could be applied to improve the infrastructure planning and development of Upi Agricultural School.

Meanwhile, Upi Agricultural School also learned how USM planned, implemented, and managed its infrastructure projects in alignment with academic and institutional goals. The team examines various aspects of the university’s facilities, including layout, space utilization, and development priorities.

Through this activity, Upi Agricultural School hopes to adapt effective practices that will help them establish a sustainable and functional campus environment. The collaboration underscores the value of shared learning among institutions in building resilient and future-ready schools.
