The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) recorded a higher passing rate than the national average in the November 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination, based on results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on November 29, 2025.
USM posted an overall passing rate of 42.86%, exceeding the 30.39% national passing rate. A total of 15 USM examinees passed the board exam.
PRC data also show that 66.67% of the first-time takers from USM passed, while 17.65% for the retakers successfully qualified as licensed civil engineers.
The Civil Engineering board exams were conducted on November 22–23, 2025, at PRC testing centers located in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.
