Announcement for USM Students

The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) produced 15 new licensed Chemical Technicians, based on the results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on October 22, 2025. Notably, all 13 first-time takers from USM passed the exam.
Overall, the university achieved a passing rate of 83.33% in the Chemical Technician Licensure Examination, closely aligning with the national passing rate of 83.88%.
Moreover, USM also recorded 14 new licensed chemists.
Out of 31 examinees from USM, the university achieved a passing rate of 45.16% in the October 2025 Chemist Licensure Examination (ChemLE).
On the national level for ChemLE, 842 out of 1,150 takers passed the exam, resulting in a national passing rate of 73.22%.
