Dr. Jomar B. Esto, a professor from the Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (ISPEAR) of the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) served as a resource speaker on the topic “Team Ethics: Building a Culture of Responsibility in Physical Education and Sports Profession,” on June 23, 2025 via Google Meet.
Joining experts and participants from India, Pakistan, and other Asian countries in the event, Dr. Esto highlighted in his talk that Team Ethics plays a vital role in achieving success in Physical Education and Sports by shaping responsible and disciplined athletes, coaches, trainers, and teachers.
Organized by National Sports Organization (NSO), in collaboration with UGC Cell, St. Bede’s College, Shimla (H.P)- India, the webinar aimed to encourage participation in physical, social, or wellness-related activities that foster motivation, strengthen community bonds, and promote joy and well-being among participants.
