The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) celebrated its 22 passers in the April 2025 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE) recording an overall passing rate of 48.89%, as announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on May 6, 2025.
The April 2025 CELE was held on April 28 and 29 in multiple testing centers across the country. Out of the 16,913 examinees nationwide, only 4,940 successfully passed the exam, documenting a national passing rate of 29.21%.
