The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) recorded an overall passing rate of 68.75% in the May 2026 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Licensure Examination, with 11 out of 16 examinees passing and 2 classified as conditionals. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results on June 2, 2026.
For first-time takers, USM posted a passing rate of 83.33%, with 10 out of 12 examinees passing and 1 conditional result. Among repeaters, 1 out of 4 passed, resulting in a 25.00% passing rate, with 1 conditional.
The overall performance places USM above the national passing rate of 30.85 % for the said examination period.
The CPA Licensure Examination was conducted in May at various testing centers nationwide.
