The University of Southern Mindanao Hospital conducted series of seminars on Customer/Patient Service Excellence, 24/7 Stress Management, and Personal and Interpersonal Effectiveness program for its doctors, midwives, and nurses on May 23, 2025, at the Conference Room, USM Hospital, Kabacan, Cotabato. 

Mr. Prinz Iemman T. Biruar, the Key Hospital Manager and a Certified Facilitator, spearheaded the discussion as the resource person of the activity. In his talk, he highlighted effective strategies for handling customers and patients, underscored the value of maintaining healthy relationships with both colleagues and clients, and offered practical solutions for addressing common workplace challenges.

The activity, conducted in partnership with the North Cotabato Medical Society and Philippine Medical Association, was in line with the continuous commitment of USM Hospital to professional development and enhancement of patient care services with its goal to improve both service delivery and workplace satisfaction.
