The University of Southern Mindanao-Committee on Anti-Red Tape (USM-CART) conducted an onsite inspection of the frontline services at one of its external campuses, USM – KCC, today, May 22, 2025. This initiative is in compliance with ARTA Memorandum Circular No. 2025–01, in observance of the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month 2025.

The objective of this activity is to evaluate the quality, efficiency, accessibility, and responsiveness of government frontline services, in compliance with Republic Act No. 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.

The inspecting team was composed of the following members from the main campus:
•Dr. Lawrence Anthony U. Dollente, Chairperson
•Dr. Nerissa G. dela Viña, represented by Ms. Marci Borres, member
•Dr. Leonard M. Paleta, Member
•Emily T. Montero, represented by Charlotte Andrea Tutor, Member
•Dr. Nelia O. Du, Member

Additionally, Chelsea Angelique B. Alcordo served as the Focal Person from USM – KCC, along with Karizza Jane B. Pejaner, Focal Person from USM – PALMA Campus.

In her message, Dr. Ronielyn F. Pinsoy, USM – KCC Chancellor, extended her heartfelt appreciation to the inspecting team for their invaluable service, time, and dedication in conducting the evaluation. She emphasized that their efforts significantly contribute to the continuous improvement of the university’s frontline services and reaffirm the institution’s commitment to upholding the principles of efficiency, transparency, and public service excellence.
