USM Libungan Opens New Building

The SOCCSKSARGEN Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium (SOXAARRDEC) attended the 1st Quarter Regional Research, Development, and Innovation Committee (RRDIC) of Region XII, on November 13, 2025, at Greenstate Convention Center, Koronadal City.
The meeting was presided over by DOST XII Regional Director and RRDIC XII Chairperson, Dr. Sammy P. Malawan. Dr. Julius Jerome G. Ele, Consortium Director, attended the meeting and reported updates of the consortium to the committee. Dr. Ele’s report included the activities conducted by the consortium, the awards received, and the changes in governance from January-March 2026.
