Project CEIntrix Continues Implementation; Rolls out Component 3

The SOCCSKSARGEN Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium (SOXAARRDEC) gathered its Executive Board Members for the 3rd Quarter Executive Board Meeting for CY 2026, on September 22, 2026, at the Department of Agriculture-Amas Research Experimental Station (DA-AMRES), Amas, Kidapawan City.
The meeting was presided over by Dr. Sailila E. Abdula, RRDCC Vice Chairperson and Branch Director of PhilRice-Midsayap Experimental Station, and was participated by Dr. Lydia C. Pascual, representing Dr. Jonald L. Pimentel, President of the Base Agency, University of Southern Mindanao, Mr. Jonathan K. Dilna, representing Dr. Sema K. Dilna, President of the Cotabato State University, Ms. Cecilia A. Parcon, representing Regional Executive Director, Dr. John B. Pascual of the Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office XII, Mr. Ruel Marabulas, representing Mr. Eugene Casas, the OIC-Regional Director of DA-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources XII, and Ms. Nancy Espacio and Roselyn Floresca, representing Atty. Cyrus E. Torreña, President of Sultan Kudarat State University.
Dr. Julius Jerome G. Ele, Consortium Director and Executive Board Secretary, presented the Business of the Day and other matters before the board.
CMI personnel, SOXAARRDEC Staff, and DA-AMRES personnel under the leadership of Center Manager Mr. Delberto Sabanal were also present.
