Kabacan, North Cotabato – Representative Ma. Alana Samantha T. Santos graced the ceremonial groundbreaking of the upcoming Alumni Association Building at the University of Southern Mindanao (USM), marking a historic step toward fostering alumni engagement, mentorship, and institutional pride.
The soon-to-rise facility is envisioned to become a vibrant hub where graduates can reconnect, collaborate, and contribute to the continued growth of their alma mater. It will serve as a space for meaningful dialogue, alumni initiatives, and professional networking that will benefit both alumni and current students.
A long-time supporter of USM and its educational endeavors, Rep. Santos reaffirmed her commitment to advancing accessible, quality education in the region.
Her active participation in the event underscores her dedication to strengthening alumni relations and promoting a culture of unity and lifelong learning within the USM community. “This building will not only stand as a physical structure but also as a symbol of our shared journey and the legacy of excellence that USM upholds,” Rep. Santos emphasized during her message.
