USM Launches EODB Month, Offers Fast Lane Services

As the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) launched Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month on May 18, 2026, five offices under the Research, Development, and Extension (RDE) Unit were recognized as Outstanding.
Among the five, the Philippine Industrial Crops Research Institute (PICRI) garnered 100%, making it the highest in the entire university. Outstanding recognition was also awarded to the following offices:
- Extension Services Office (ESO) – 99.28%
- USM Agricultural Research and Development Center (USMARDC) – 98.50%
- Office of the Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension (OVPRDE) – 97.81%
- Research Publication Service Office (RPSO) – 95.63%
The 2025 Client Satisfaction Survey was tallied and validated by the University Quality Assurance Office (UQAO).
These recognitions underscore the RDE Unit’s unwavering commitment to inclusive excellence and equitable service delivery to its diverse clientele.
