The second day of the RAISE SOCCSKSARGEN: Innovation, Partnerships, & Agripreneurship Pitch Fest 2025 gathered young innovators, faculty researchers, and industry partners on December 11, 2025, for a full day of pitching activities held at the University of Southern Mindanao, Kabacan, Cotabato.
The panel of evaluators for the competition brought expertise from various fields. Serving as judges were Jeanette Lemana Toledio, Chairman and Founder, of J3IT Inc.; Judy C. Gomez, Provincial Farm Youth Coordinator/4-H Coordinator, Office of the Provincial Agriculturist; and Dr. Noel A. Catibog, Director for Technology Transfer and Promotion Division (TTPD) of DOST PCAARRD. Their presence gave student and faculty presenters the chance to receive feedback from seasoned leaders in entrepreneurship, technology transfer, and development work.
Six student presenters took the stage. Three were from the USM, one from Cotabato State University, and two from Mindanao State University- General Santos. Their pitches included agritech concepts, health innovations, and food-based solutions, all rooted in the goal of addressing real issues in local communities.
The faculty category featured researchers from several partner universities. Two presenters were from CotSU, two from MSU-GenSan, one from USM, and one from Sultan Kudarat State University. Their proposals focused on food product development, value-adding initiatives, and technologies shaped for community use.
After a full day of presentations, the winners were announced:

The pitching activities brought forward ideas that were practical, community-driven, and grounded in the needs of Region 12. Each presentation showed the steady rise of innovators in the region who are ready to turn concepts into real solutions and move their universities and communities forward.
