Isang masiglang 15-minute dance exercise na dinalohan ng mga kawani ng USM ang sumalubong sa opening program ng Health and Wellness activities na ginanap sa harap ng USM Auditorium, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato, noong September 11, 2024.

Ito ay alinsunod sa inilabas na Memorandum No. 102 Series of 2024 ng USM na nagsasaad na simula September 11 ay hinihikayat ang lahat ng kawani ng USM na lumahok sa mga aktibidad tuwing byernes simula alas dos y medya hanggang alas singko ng hapon.

Kabilang sa mga maaaring lahokan ng mga partisipante ay ang volleyball, basketball, pickleball, badminton, table tennis, dancesports, at walkathon.

The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) kicked off its Health and Wellness activities with a lively 15-minute dance exercise participated in by its employees in front of the USM Auditorium in Kabacan, Cotabato, on September 11, 2024.

Through this initiative, USM implements Memorandum No. 102, Series of 2024, which encourages all university personnel to actively take part in Health and Wellness activities every Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., starting September 11.

USM invites its employees to join various sports and fitness events such as volleyball, basketball, pickleball, badminton, table tennis, dance sport, and walkathon. The university will culminate the program during the Faculty and Staff Week celebration in December this year.

By launching these activities, USM strengthens its commitment to promoting the physical and mental well-being of its employees, fostering a healthier, more engaged, and active university community.
