SUBJECT: ATTENDANCE: 48TH UNIVERSITY RECOGNITION DAY
DATE: MARCH 09, 2026
All permanent personnel are directed to attend the 48th University Recognition Day on March 13, 2026 (Friday) 7:30 AM at the University Auditorium. Attendees are requested to wear attire in shades of violet.
The following work schedule shall be observed:
- Physical attendance at the program
- Immediately after the ceremony, personnel shall log out via biometrics at their units and complete the remainder of their duties via Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement.
Essential services (Security, Health, Farm/Animal Care skeletal forces) shall maintain onsite presence as coordinated by their heads. Department heads must ensure WFH deliverables are defined and personnel remain reachable.
