Students who have pre-registered to any USM academic program are reminded that the deadline to submit complete admission requirements is May 16, 2025.
If you still have pending documents, please submit an Affidavit of Undertaking to the appropriate Admission and Records Office on or before May 16, 2025, as follows:
Main Campus, PALMA Campuses, Banisilan Campus, and Pigcawayan Campus
Submit to: Admission and Records Office – Main Campus (Kabacan, Cotabato)
Kidapawan City Campus (KCC), Mlang Campus and Antipas Campus
