USM, PCIA Launch Cacao Instructional Videos at National Cacao Congress

The Cotabato Libraries and Information Network (COLINET), Inc. held its General Assembly and Election of Officers for 2025–2026 on October 24, 2025, at the Kundo E. Pahm Resource Learning Center (KEPLRC), University of Southern Mindanao (USM), Kabacan, Cotabato.
The gathering brought together librarians and information professionals from various academic institutions in the region to discuss upcoming programs, strengthen partnerships, and elect the new set of officers who will lead COLINET for the next term.
Dr. Leorence P. Tandog, Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) served as the keynote speaker of the event. In her message, she recognized the important role of librarians in advancing education and research, noting that their work extends beyond managing collections to shaping informed and responsible learners.
“May it also remind you of the strength that comes from working together and how much your role is deeply appreciated. So let us continue to grow together, united in service and stronger in leadership,” Dr. Tandog said.
With the theme “United in Service, Stronger in Leadership,” the assembly served as a venue for fellowship, sharing of best practices, and reinforcing the network’s commitment to improving library and information services across Cotabato.
