Representatives from the Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology (CFCST) visited the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) on March 18, 2026, for a meeting regarding their Development Communication program.
The delegation was led by Dr. Ramlah Z. Duge, Chairperson of the Development Communication Program, together with Ruel Kenneth Felices, Information Officer of CFCST.
The visit aimed to discuss possible areas where the two institutions can work together, particularly in academic development, research, and extension activities. As the Development Communication program of CFCST is newly offered, the team sought guidance from USM in improving its implementation.
During the meeting, both sides talked about ways to support faculty development and improve student learning through practical activities and shared experiences.
CFCST acknowledged the experience of USM in the field and expressed its interest in continuing communication with the university for future activities.
