USM Receives CSC Certificate of Registration for CNA The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) and the USM Faculty Association, Inc. (USMFAI) received the Certificate of Registration for Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) No. 3852 from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on September 24, 2026, at the Office of the President, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato. The certificate formally acknowledges that the CNA between USM and USMFAI complies with civil service rules and regulations. It also qualifies USM for the grant of the annual CNA Incentive to eligible employees. With the registration of the CNA, USM and USMFSI reaffirm their commitment to promoting workplace cooperation, protecting employee rights and supporting efforts to improve public service. Present during the awarding from USM were Dr. Samsudin S. Panday, Vice President for Resource Generation and Entrepreneurial Services (VPRGES); Ms. Quenielyn L. Durendes, VP for Administration and Finance (VPAF); Engr. Willie Jones B. Saliling, USMFAI President; and other USMFAI officers. Representing the Civil Service Commission were Cherie Mae P.
