USM, PNVSCA Convene Regional Forum to Advance Volunteerism

The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tulunan, led by Hon. Lee Roy Ventura Villasor together with representatives from the municipality’s education sector, paid a courtesy visit to the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) on June 29, 2026.
Dr. Jonald L. Pimentel, the USM President, welcomed the delegation. During the visit, university officials presented USM’s academic programs, student services, and other educational offerings, giving the visitors an overview of the opportunities available at the university.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for the participants to learn more about the university’s services. Meanwhile, the Municipality of Tulunan shared its plans for scholarship initiatives and other forms of educational assistance that will be provided to the students in the locality.
