The Extension Services Office (ESO) Director, Glyn B. Gabano-Magbanua, PhD, convened a meeting on April 30, 2026, at the ESO TC Room to welcome two new unit heads and strategize the implementation of continuing projects for 2026.
Prof. Anamarie B. Uyangurin (Monitoring and Impact Assessment) and Prof. Florence Roy P. Salvaña (Extension) were appointed as unit heads as the office transitions under the Revised Organizational Structure for Staffing and Standards (ROSSS) II.
Central to the discussion were the unit breakdowns for ROSSS II, execution strategies for ongoing projects, and budget allocations—all of which are essential for aligning extension initiatives with the university’s long-term strategic vision.
“Our goal is to involve all our colleges in community engagements,” said Director Magbanua as she concluded the meeting.
As ESO expands its structure in the coming years, it remains dedicated to integrating these organizational shifts into a streamlined framework that ensures the delivery of sustainable and transformative impacts across its partner communities.
