The SOCCSKSARGEN Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium (SOXAARRDEC) gathered its Executive Board Members for the 1st Quarter Executive Board Meeting for CY 2026, on April 23, 2026, at the Conference Room, Cotabato State University (CSU), Cotabato City.
The meeting was presided over by Dr. Sailila E. Abdula, RRDCC Vice Chairperson and Branch Director of PhilRice-Midsayap Experimental Station. Executive Board members present were Dr. Sema G. Dilna, President of the Cotabato State University, along with Dr. Abdulsamad S. Shaik, Vice President for Administration and Finance, Cotabato State University; Mr. Eugene M. Casas, OIC-Regional Director of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources XII; Ms. Cecilia A. Parcon, Chief R4D, Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office XII; Dr. Badu M. Panimbang, Vice President for Research, Extension, and Innovation, Sultan Kudarat State University; and Dr. Tamie C. Solpot, University of Southern Mindanao. Dr. Julius Jerome G. Ele, Consortium Director and Executive Board Secretary, presented the agenda and updates.
SOXAARRDEC expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Dilna, CSU President, for the generous sponsorship of the meeting, as well as to Dr. Shaik and the whole of CSU for warmly welcoming the consortium personnel and CMIs.
