USM-ESO Visits KMWOI Members; Initiates Evaluation of CBDEM-Delicacies, LEVEL-UP Projects

The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) moved up in the latest rankings released by EduRank, an independent body that evaluates 14,131 universities from 183 countries.
USM is now ranked 30th in the Philippines, improving from its previous position at 42nd. It also placed #2,473 in Asia and #6,520 worldwide. It also ranked as 25th in Environmental Science, 22nd in Biology, 49th in Liberal Arts & Social Sciences, 36th in Medicine, 26th in Chemistry, 43rd in Engineering, 37th in Physics, 46th in Mathematics, and 42nd in Economics among the Higher Education Institutions in the Philippines.
Other schools listed from Region XII include Notre Dame of Dadiangas University at 124th, Notre Dame of Marbel University at 134th, and Notre Dame of Kidapawan College at 174th nationwide.
Among these institutions in Region XII, USM holds the highest rank, placing it at number one in the region based on the EduRank results.
The rankings are based on research output, citations, and alumni impact. The results show that USM continues to improve its performance in these areas.
