The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) has reached another proud moment. The Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc. has granted the Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (BS ABE) program a Level IV reaccreditation—the highest level a program can achieve.
With this achievement, USM now has three programs that hold Level IV status:
- BS Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering
- BS Agricultural Economics
- BS Biology
This accreditation is valid from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2030. It reflects the hard work of the faculty, students, and staff of the College of Engineering and Information Technology (CEIT).
