The University of Southern Mindanao (USM) hosted the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in Cotabato Province for a Fun Run on September 5, 2025, at USM Grounds, Kabacan Cotabato.
The activity is part of the month-long observance of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary. This drew participants from government agencies across Cotabato Province, together with representatives from schools and community organizations.
CSC Kidapawan Director Glenda I. Foronda-Lasaga, head of the CSC Field Office in Cotabato Province, conveyed her appreciation to USM for opening its campus for the activity.
Meanwhile, USM Human Resource Management and Development Office Director Dr. Nerissa G. Dela Viña also addressed the participants, reminding them that “we are called to serve, to lead with heart and compassion, and we may choose honor in every decision.”
Other activities are scheduled throughout September as part of the CSC’s 125th anniversary program.
