We have reserved special program slots for you!
To the incoming freshmen and transferees who took the USM College Entrance Examination (USMCEE) last December 2024 or April 2025 who belong groups with special needs—such as Indigenous Peoples, Solo Parents, Persons with Disabilities, Survivors of Violence, Orphans, balik-aral, or residents from geographically isolated areas, you may submit a Letter of Intent addressed to the University President for consideration with limited slots.
In your letter, please attach the following documents for pre-evaluation:
- Photocopy of your Senior High School Card (SF9)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Any proof that you belong to the special needs category.
Submit your documents to the Office of Student Affairs, University of Southern Mindanao, Kabacan, Cotabato on May 19, 2025.
