 t Government (USG) of the University of Southern Mindanao will hold TECHMI
 NDS: Navigating the Digital World Responsibly\, a digital literacy seminar
  aimed at promoting responsible and informed use of technology among stude
 nts. The activity highlights the importance of digital awareness\, critica
 l thinking\, and ethical behavior in today’s rapidly evolving digital la
 ndscape.The seminar is scheduled on February 13\, 2026\, at the CHS Audio 
 Visual Room and is organized by the USG as part of its continuing efforts 
 to equip students with essential digital competencies. Through this initia
