To all USM Entrance Exam passers:
1. Please come on your scheduled pre-registration date.
2. If you did not meet the cut-off score of your preferred degree program/course, you may consider other degree program/course that matches your score.
3. We will keep you posted through the USM official Facebook page. Please visit or monitor regularly our page for further information and updates. From time to time, we will be posting updates for your guidance.

March 9-13, 2020 – Takers with 54% rating and above
March 16-20, 2020 – Takers with 44%-53% ratings
March 23-27, 2020 – Takers with 36%-43% ratings

INCOMING FRESHMEN:
•PSA Original Birth Certificate
•First Semester grade only for the Grade 12
•Certification of Eligibility for Admission to College only for ALS graduates
•High School card only for the 2015 and earlier High School graduates
•3 pieces 2×2 ID picture
•Hepatitis B Test Result only for BS Food Technology, BS Hospitality Management, BS Nutrition & Dietetics, and BS Nursing
TRANSFEREES:
•PSA Original Birth Certificate
•Certificate of Transfer Credentials (Honorable Dismissal/TOR/Certificate of Good Moral Character)
•3 pieces 2×2 ID picture
